The fabric is chlorine resistant, cool and comfortable. The outer layer is fully lined and does not cling. It has a scooped neck and a choice of a cap sleeves or a longer length sleeve. The underlayer is attached at the shoulders and provides complete coverage when swimming. It also has a beautiful ruffle across the yoke.
