Flare Skort for Womens Plus Sizes by Dressing For His Glory

The Flare Skort is a flare skirt with loose fitting shorts underneath that are attached at the waistband.  It has a flat front waist with an elastic waistband in the back and slit pockets on each side panel. The skirt has one optional off centered slit in the front and one in the back. The skirt and shorts are made in the same fabric with the shorts being 1" shorter than the skirt. The Flare Skort also has two slit pocket on each side panel.
